These Terms govern your legal access to the mobile, tablet, and desktop software interfaces provided by the PPPoker system. If you disagree with any segment of these clauses, you must cease all platform activities and delete our software client immediately.

2. Non-Real-Money Social Platform Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The PPPoker app is a social gaming platform. It does not provide real-money card games directly. The platform utilizes virtual "Gold" and "Diamonds" solely for entertainment and social engagement.

Any transaction, financial settlement, ledger arrangement, or fund distribution executed by private poker club administrators, hosts, or players occurs solely under their individual liability. We do not sponsor, host, moderate, or take responsibility for transactions occurring outside our official virtual store mechanics.

3. Account Eligibility and Security

To configure private rings or access unions, you must satisfy the minimum legal age guidelines of 18 years or your region's legal gaming requirements. You are fully responsible for holding your account information safe, including the restriction of secondary access to your mobile or computer systems.

4. Prohibited Behavior & Cheat Prevention

We deploy highly advanced algorithms to inspect gameplay and table actions. Any player engaging in collusion, soft playing, utilizing automated playing bots, operating multiple profiles, or manipulating geolocation tracking (GPS/IP metrics) to play at matching tables will be flagged. The platform retains complete authority to ban offending accounts, terminate private club networks, and invalidate balances without liability.

5. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to revise software layouts, game varieties (including NLH, PLO, and OFC variants), and registration conditions. Changes to rules will be updated dynamically on this official page or via application interface notifications.

Our network is not liable for data loss, lost connectivity, or personal financial arrangements organized by independent club operators.
